01. Research
We focus on practical and actionable user-first research including user interviews, stakeholder interviews, focus groups, surveys, user testing, product and UX reviews and evaluations, benchmarking and market assessments, persona development, and field research.
02. Strategy
Digital and user experience strategies explore different approaches to content and design. Story boards, content models, process mapping, lo-fi design, content flows and user journey mapping are some of the tools we use to explore and define strategic direction for digital content and products.
03. Design
The three design disciplines - UX design, UI design and service design. Hi-fi wireframes, UI designs, creative exploration, prototypes and detailed service design blueprints are developed this phase.
