Brigid led the production of the NIO's first intranet, a major milestone for the organisation. She helped define the site's strategy, including leading the requirements gathering phase (workshops, benchmarking, interviews, surveys), acted as the creative director to steer the sites direction, produced all information architecture deliverables (sitemap, wireframes, content matrix), oversaw the content development (which included organising over 40 content contributors) and managed the design and build teams.
The site was successfully launched on-time and to budget and was very well-received by the staff of the organisation. The project was also deemed a success by the gateway review committee.
The intranet is an internal site for NIO employees only and cannot be accessed by the general public.
